Kirkuk University Project
The three different projects discussed below are all for the same client, Kirkuk University Gates & Infrastructure Project – Girls Dormitory Complex Project – The Scientific Departments Building Project by College of Education.
- This 41.5 billion Iraq Dinars project include but not limited to the implementation of the following mechanical networks; domestic water network, irrigation water network, water firefighting network, well water network, storm & sewerage water networks. The total length of these networks is 57,400 ML, also 5 concrete water tanks having total storage capacity of 1,800 m3, 3,000 m3 septic tank, plus the related pumping stations.
- Infrastructure also contains the electrical power supply & distribution systems is work with total power of about 27,000 KVA. With all related substations, pack up power generation sets…etc.
- The data & communication network was part of our obligations in this contract.
- In addition to the above work includes 82,500 m2 asphalted roads, 46,000 m2 walkways, 40,500 m2 garages, & the landscaping of the university area furnished with fountains, lakes, gardens also with main & secondary gates with the fences.
Girls Dormitory Complex Project
24 billion Iraqi Dinars to execute multi story apartments complex. It includes two B+G+4 buildings as the dormitory buildings for girls plus one G+1 building as administration of the dormitory section for the university, the scope also includes the complete buildings services & landscaping. The total built up area is 40,605 m2
The Scientific Department Building Project by
- 17 billion Iraqi Dinars to execute multi story college building, the work includes the construction work for B+G+5 building to be used as “the scientific department of the college of science”, i.e., several special spaces for laboratory uses or other special requirements spaces. The work also includes all building services & landscaping. The total built up area is 25,844 m2.
- the work for the above indicated projects almost completed, but Due to the reason of the latest economic crisis in Iraq all activities suspended.
